Summary:
This PR updates the index documentation to use a more professional intro text for the file tree and converts the older blockquote style CAUTION section into the proper Starlight Aside syntax.

Manual Verification Checklist:

  • Ensure the new CAUTION: aside renders properly in Starlight.
  • Ensure the file tree has the new intro text.
