✨ feat(fzf)!: switch to fzf-lua instead of telescope

Change the picker provider to fzf-lua and remove telescope plugin

BREAKING CHANGE: Telescope is removed. Fzf-lua provides equivalent functionality. However, the remote-nvim plugin depended on Telescope so it has also been removed.
