rootiest 1b04fccdcf 🐛 fix(auto-save): fix auto-save triggers 
Auto-save should be initialized on BufEnter rather than InsertEnter to cover edge cases like pasting without ever entering insert mode.

Fixes bug where auto-save plugin doesn't initialize if insert mode was never entered, despite the buffer being modified.
