rootiest 26e183e519 add gitsigns features toggles 
In options.lua you can now set:
- vim.g.git_line_hl: to enable line highlights
- vim.g.git_word_hl: to enable word highlights

rootiest 816eca31b7 fix!: move all lazyvim extras into a single file 
This is a necessary change to ensure they are loaded before any other
plugins.
Prevents a warning message at startup.
