Add project.nvim for project management. Add dash option for it.

BREAKING CHANGE: Change dash key `p` from filetree to projects. Filetree now `t`

rootiest 816eca31b7 fix!: move all lazyvim extras into a single file 
This is a necessary change to ensure they are loaded before any other
plugins.
Prevents a warning message at startup.
