Summary

README.md's ### [📖 Documentation Site] heading still said "Site" — line 8's 📖 **[Project Wiki]** link already uses "Wiki". Missed spot from the earlier site→wiki wording sweep; grepped the rest of README.md/docs/ and this was the only remaining instance.
