docs: rename to Rootiest Fish Configuration in README and site title #175

Summary

  • docs/manual/index.md frontmatter title: — the Starlight site's Home page header — changed from "Fish Shell Configuration" to "Rootiest Fish Configuration", matching the site nav's existing "Rootiest Fish Config".
  • README.md's # heading and opening line reworded the same way, plus rephrased to lead with the sentiment (not a generic Fish shell config, the Rootiest one) instead of just swapping the name in place.
