Miscellaneous config additions, split out from the smart-pairs work (#7). Independent of #6 (snacks-tea) and #7; branched from main.
Obsidian.nvim: loaded on VimEnter (latest release), with notebook (~/Documents/Notebook) and notes (~/Documents/Notes) workspaces; legacy_commands = false.
Vim-wakatime: loaded eagerly so it catches VimEnter/BufEnter; server/API key from ~/.wakatime.cfg. plugin_name = "neovim-wakatime" so Wakapi attributes time to Neovim instead of "Unknown".
Neovide clipboard keys (only when vim.g.neovide): Ctrl+Shift+V paste in all modes (Normal mode replaces an empty line and lands the cursor after the paste), Ctrl+Shift+C copy, Ctrl+Shift+X cut.
.gitignore: appends an OS-junk / temp / debug-dir boilerplate block. Verified no currently tracked file becomes ignored.
lua/options.lua: tabs → 2-space indentation and aligned trailing comments; no behavior change apart from the Neovide block.
nvim-pack-lock.json: pins obsidian.nvim and vim-wakatime.
README: documents the above.
Testing
Every Lua file parses; lockfile is valid JSON.
Full config (these changes included) loads headlessly with no errors; require("wakatime") resolves to the plugin's Lua module.

- **`nvim-pack-lock.json`**: pins `obsidian.nvim` and `vim-wakatime`.
