feat: add Obsidian, WakaTime and Neovide clipboard keys
- obsidian.nvim (lazy, latest release) with notebook and notes workspaces
- vim-wakatime, loaded eagerly so it sees VimEnter/BufEnter; reports as
neovim-wakatime so Wakapi attributes time to Neovim
- Neovide-only Ctrl+Shift+V/C/X system-clipboard paste/copy/cut keys
- .gitignore: append OS-junk / temp / debug boilerplate patterns
- options.lua: tabs -> 2-space indent, aligned trailing comments
- README: document the above
